Looking to start out as a sub contractor doing drop burys in sw michigan. I worked for a contractor based out of NC and did work throughout all of PA,NY, and OH 2008-2011. Can anyone give advice on how to properly start up and build a name? I've already have plow and truck, and all hand tools required. Im not planning on jumping right into it but I've been slowly buying things until I get all advice I can get before I go looking to start trying to sub contract. I understand in this industry it takes money to make money, which is why I want to start small and build as I go (if I can even go).
Any my advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated
