why be the partner..why not the Prime..if you have the required insurnace/ safety equipment/able to work 30-45 days until paid/ have required tools-test equipment/vehicles/and qualified workers.   Don't mess with partnering with a Prime..your only get screwed in the long term.  As for rates...you will be lucky to get 40%.  Good luck with it all....just be safe:  MicroMan
