Funny I did suggest in a post that for some reason was all blank that he should have someone out there to teach him as he obviously has no clue  and that this wasnt the place to learn how to sweep and balance in a few days.... not to go off in a rant but briefly this is why good guys cant get top pay with many companies too many guys with no experience take the jobs for low pay and "F" things all up
