Peice rate for attatching coax to buildings

Have been getting a lot of commercial work on strip malls & big warehouse type buildings where we have to run .715 along the outside attatched to block walls. Have been paying the guys hourly for that but some of the guys were saying other primes are paying peice rate per ft. on that stuff. Anybody know the going rate on this so we can renegotiate our contract on this point?
