Any other techs out there have issues with Aerotek

Every week my pay is short, they claim jobs are not being paid from smart circle on time. But I thought that's the reason for the 3 week hold out on your 1st check. My check today was short $671.32. Tell the owner about it and I get the same response. It'll be on next weeks pay. I have bills. Can't keep waiting to the following week to get paid for previous week works.
