hey  pegsat,we  were  doing  townhomes  and  crappy  apt  bldgs.  But,  fromm  what  i  saw  and  experienced, other  crews  that  were  kissing  ass  got  500-1000  unit  apts,  20-30  bldgs  all  the  same .  My   partner  and  i  got  all  the  crap  50-75  unit  jobs  that  were  chopped  up  ,  not  all  same   architecture.
worked  in  daytona  last  year  with  my  partner  and  made  3-4k   a  week  at  23  a  unit.   something  is  very   wrong  with  nx utilities.
