I saw how that big a miss is possible.

MISS UTILITY came and marked all abandoned UG power from a transformer to an abandoned residence. During the dig for a burn pit the excavator operator found the still active UG power to the newest / most recent / still active e meter.

The excavator operator was advised to jump from the elecrtified rig rather than climbing off!


Shit happens!
