We've got a house inspector running around in this area in a Toyota Yaris with a 28' ladder on top of it. He has this reiciever hitch with a 4' extension to hold up the back of the ladder and a Yakima roof rack to mount the front to. Next time I see him I'll take a picture, the description really doesn't do it justice.
