You become a sub to the sub. Is their contract available to you to review?
Will you be signing a completely separate contract to protect you and your techs or is it as a simple as a 1099 contract to the prime bringing you on board?
Most often the prime will NOT be paying you what the MSO is paying them, because they are paying you to bring in bodies to meet their "body count" quota in their market.
