I seen this idiot working in the Pikeville, Ky. system with a 77 Ford Station Wagon with a 28ft battery operated Sky Lift attached to the roof of the wagon, every time you seen him up a pole the other side wheels were 3 ft off the ground, both sides of the wagon showed battle damage, with Charter stickers all over it. Only in Kentucky.
