In-house job recently posted on here for a fiber splicer, 14-20/hour. I nearly died. I made more than that per hour to train, let alone when i got onto production. Granted, that is as a sub, but still, on my worse days if i had to figure hourly, it would be 3x's their maximum.
What makes it worse, is the job was in memphis, not a place you really want to work in.
