FCC...ISP to be defined as "Common Carriers" OMG...this is why Ma Bell was broke up into 7 independent regions. Cable ends up just a pipeline to the home. Wake UP MSO's, the FCC is out to control every aspect of content delivered and the speeds of the service. MSO need to quit sucking on the Coax nipples and step up to All Fiber Direct To The Home.
On another note: why do phone companies even charge for long distant calls when everyone is using e mail, cell phones or the social media when contacting distant relatives and/or customers.
