In Austin Texas I am working on a contract for my Company and I was told a tech receives $1.65 a point residential, and commercial techs are gettinga bout $2.56 a point.  As for the average amount of points in a day?  Any tech that is experienced could easily pull about 160 a day.  I can see how it would be hard to make any decent money starting out, but with experience, comes speed mixed with quality.
