There is a formula for setting up a Calibrated leak. I'll see if I can get it for you tomorrow. In our system I set up our leak with 4db at the input of a full dipole antenna at 141mhz mounted 3 meters high. I tied 3 meters of line to the pole that way a tech can drive up and know he's at 3X3 meters away. We use the newer Arcom digital gear. This set up gives us a 20Mv leak. Like the previous comment mentioned make sure you use a filter to stop ingress while in use.
