I talked to Jihad and he sent me a list of required documents for a sub-contractor. He wanted among other things, Full name, copy of drivers license, copy of social security card, and a recent photo of each of my employees. A red flag went up and I told him in 35 years Ive never been required to give that information as a Sub. He was also kind of pushy to get the info to him ASAP. I told him I would have to declined to work for him because that is all the information an identity theif needed and I couldnt understand why he needed it.
He said that was perfectly fine with him.
