Ervin is a descent company with a lot of graft going on with in it. If you plan on just working on a contract for them, you'll do fine, but if you work for them "long term," you'll have to put up with embezzlement and payoffs going on around you. And if you don't do the illegal stuff you'll never rise in Ervin's corporate structure.
For example: From 10 years of experience in the company: the Saint Louis office is paying off Charter employees to get contracts and they embezzle through a contractor who distributes the money.
Their manager in Alabama was arrested in 2013 in the act of handing over 80,000 dollars to a Charter employee... And the guy still works for the company! They just hid him somewhere else...
