Re: ISP fiber lashed to CATV aerial strand

If it was snuck in, I would wreck it out and not say anything. A lot of companies do joint use, ISP buys and places the fiber it on/in someone elses strand/pipe in return for use of it for transport. I've built a couple of joint use runs over the years.
