I supervised/managed the original build in and around Boston: 1st Dual A/B Cable Systen in nation-Malden in 1969, then back in 1971 to build every town 360 surrounding Boston. What town are you talking about. What I remember is all short span, street running over parked vehicles, there was some easement back yard as I designed a pole mounted winch to pull in the dual trunk runs. The area is heavy on traffic/rotary circles/Friendly people/ costly rent, ...I lived out on Revere Beach at the time.
