Sheath footage is rare these days, mostly on small jobs. Larger jobs usually are trench / strand footage with storage and tails included. The companies don't want to pay for all the cable in the storage locations. Just figure out what you were making on the average 10000' pull with all the storage and divide it into the trench footage and there is your new trench footage price, adjust accodingly to get bid.
