No Line of Sight and Teleco law Western WA

There are a lot of companies coming into this area doing sub par work and breaking the law. They are having there installers get the job in even if the trees will grow before the customers contract ends. Damaging home and flat out not following any SBCA rules. They are also not following the WA state laws of call 811 before you dig. The biggest law they are breaking is the Telecommunications License law. The only way you can install Satellite in WA state is if you have an 09 license if your a sub contractor or be an employee of the company your working for period. AEI is not responsible for knowing this the companies that are hiring the techs are. The state inspectors in WA randomly pull up on techs while doing residential and commercial jobs and request there licensing especially in new developments. These installers by state law are not subs and it is the responsibility of the company that hires them to confirm via documentation that they are licensed. Attached is the link on this law and the resposibilities of the company hiring the so called sub contractor. http://app.leg.wa.gov/wAC/default.aspx?cite=296-46B-920 This law applies to installing the cable to the ground block and running new unterminated cable for outlets.
