I am part of a group of techs that have started our own comany. We have an average of 13 years experience in Commercial and residential installs in the Houston TX area. Comcast primaririly. We are basically the best of the best. Now, does anyone have any advice on how to get a subcontract or a main contract with say Sudden Link, or Comcast? We are mainly looking for a subcontract for Comcast.
Please let me know. I have all the needed insurance and trucks, tools, financing, etc...I just need to know what the best way is to go about getting a contract.
