This is another news site that has the story. I think the pic is better. At the top of the story there is a video and to the left of the top of story is a pic with arrows stating it is 1/3 pics. Click the arrow and a pic of the "cable trouble assignment ticket" will come up, click on that pic and it will enlarge. I am trying to find out if there are anymore pics that will show it better.
