Call them and begin asking questions.
           Where is your home office?
            How long have you been in business?
            May I have the contact number for one of your successful techs?
            What bank do you use?
            Are you a corporation? What state?


If the phone answer person is a service or will not transfer you to someone who will discuss this stuff.....RUN!

And you might get more info here if you identified the location you are wotking......BB could be  anything.........Solutions is a techy sounding catch word; must be thousands of them.
