Dycom has a really active/aggressive/creative insurance department.  When you're working for them as a sub, they just ask to talk to your insurance agent direct because their requirements are so complicated.  My agent said neither he nor the underwriter had ever heard of those kind of requirements before.

Sounds like they maybe got too "creative" on the work comp side.  Good luck!
