Come on...Are you kidding? You're gonna judge a company from an picture? If anything the picture means he's not afraid to be personable.
Serious, it's easy to nitpick meaningless things...I think the question was about the company's rep...And the fact that the owner or manager is sticking his neck out, defending himself in person, means something in itself.
