Ok what gives, I got notice the case and three others are heading to trial sometime soon? All ive heard from the guys over at Knight is they won and its been over for almost two years? Every cable guy I have a beer with says its over been over and blah blah.. Im wondering if they are jsut telling them that to aviod them joining.. Sucks to be lied to... just it was when I was there... CYA and side stepping the facts..
Anyways thought id give anyone following this an update..

Knight lost its motion to say we were sales commissed employees like Sears or Kanes furn reps... So its moving to Trial now...
