Not trying to sound negative, but if you really need to ask this question, you probably should not be looking to get a contract, meaning, you do not have the experience or contacts in place.
That being said, Dish Network or DirecTV, find out who the local provider is. For Dish it is going to be DNHS(Dishnetwork Home services) or an RSP(Regional Service provider) For DirecTV, its going to be either O/O (Owner Operated AKA DirecTV Home Service) or an HSP (Mastec, multiband, Dish1 etc). Comcast, just go to your local Comcast office and ask for someone in charge of field services.
