Anyway if you were told to wreck out 5-6 spans by your supervisor, WITHOUT prints and he or she was there. What would you do?
Say the fiber wasnt finished being cutover and there was a bunch active. Who would be at fault?
Now I know a bunch are going to respond "I wouldn't do anything without a print" But lets face it , if your supervisor tells you to do something , even if its "ARTIFICIAL URGENCY" (like most jobs are) we know almost would do it?
Who is at fault?
Alot of problems are caused by the "got it done" And this may or may not have been the case. But seems like they would have they would have waited until job was completely cut over instead of wasting time and trips to do bits and pieces of a job. Bet someone will think next time
