Are you saying here she got a plan from the exchange? Or not?

If not, then you are making the case FOR Obamacare.  The lowes healthcare plan for $16 a week was one of those plans that does not meet the minimum coverage standards for Obamacare.  As an employee, a portion of her premium was paid by lowes and the employees share is $16 per month. Now she has a plan with increased coverage, and if its a plan thats not through an exchange and not through her employer, her premium is not subsidized and shes paying $63 a week.  If this $63 plan came from outside the exchange, this would be an example of how healthcare has become more affordable.  3 or 4 years ago a stand alone plan on the private market would have been almost double that amount.

Still cant explain how a company can make someone a seasonal employee, when they are hired for an indefinite amount of time.  Just doesnt add up.  You would think lowes would know better than to open themselves up for a lawsuit that they will definitly lose...hmmmm.....
