Yea, i love those chargebacks on equipment, my fault, let me give you some money! Oh you mean the phone line isn't responding? maybe it's because you took an order to make money every month when there is no landline there, my bad, let me give you some more money! You as an owner have an obligation to your tech's to fight these bogus CB's.
