-If the power company is asking for a true wind and ice loading to know the present load and or the load once your proposed build in attached to pole, we use Osmose O'Calc Pro. You are able to get the attachment heights and even cable - conductor sizes from a process of taking a calibrated camera picture. Not sure if this is what the power company is requiring but we do this type of loading analysis for seven power companies from time to time to allow our cable clients to attach to the pole.
