Re: More Insurers Join Obamacare Arena

In your first quote, he used the term part time. Never did he use the word seasonal, until now. I could only assume that when he said she was cut to 25 hours that she was still considered PT, as workers can be limited to 25 hours and be considerd PT.  The word being left out is "up to".  PT workers at lowes work up to 32 hours.  They do not get get 32 hours a week, every week.  Also,  its not uncommon for companies to say you are PT up to 32 hours and then schedule you 25 hours to give them a buffer, which allows them the flexibily of being able to call a worker in for extra hours without exceding the 32 hour threshold.

But if it makes you happy Ill just say, I was wrong. I was just trying to prove cablemn86 as being wrong. Im sorry, with sugar on top.

The classification of her employment is irrelevant to my first and main question.  What does Obamcare  have to do with any of this?  Will anyone answer this simple question.
