It usually gets in on the drop from the tap to insode house somewhere. Make sure do ingress check from 5 mHz to 110 Mhz to cover the entire rtn & fm band when ingressing the house(start from tap then demarc). If close to to fm radio you want make sure the unused ports on the splitters in the house are disconnected and everything tight. Also watch out for low value taps, you could have neighbor back feed from next door with the ingress, affecting customers on that tap. Make sure you plant is clean with it at the Node and the active before the affected customer or customers.
