LOL....... I love articles such as this one.

Notice the graph that shows unemployment.  U3 down, U6, down, but then this shadowstats figure is up.  shadowstats.....LOL...LMAO.... the guys has been debunked for years...lol...


As long as the boomers are leaving the workforce, the labor particiaption rate will continue to decline.  This is something that has been expected, talked about, and researched for decades.
