I am having the worst luck in the world with trying to get my meter to connect with data center. My other meter will work fine and upload all files. This one will not work, but it works on PM's computer with usb to serial adapter. I have even went to the extreme to bulid a computer with a serial port and still wont work. I have a null modem cable, a regular serial cable, and a null modem adapter. I have tried every combination I can think of. Other than buying the exact cable "PC to stealth" from jdsu or ebay. Can someone tell me what the pin config is on those cables if anyone out there has one? Or suggest something else that will work? The meter I have that will work is same thing except this meter has QAM installed and it bigger. Any help???
