From what I have heard comcast keeps a couple of project coordinators to oversee the contract coordinators for construction projects.
I'm lost bro? Comcast has Project coordinators, they do not have a construction department. There is usually one PC for a large area. Yes, inhouse PC's coordinate all new builds, overbuilds, surveys pertaining to construction and work with the construction subs to ensure work is completed and on time. Maybe i misunderstood you.
