Darryl best for you to find some other work.. Alpha is not worth the trouble... They play favoritizum and the new guy on the job always does all the kicked back work.. and pay, well some times its on time mostly not and good luck chasing it... They will make you feel like you are in the wrong for wanting to be paid as per your contract..
