Well,
In my area the sat subcontract companies have managed to screw most local tradesmen. They were never contractors...that fiction never worked. They just wanted to work and be paid for their labor. So here the ads go unnoticed or ignored. Sat companies send untrained new guys in only to get lost and screw up the installations.
Having exhausted all other ways of gettomng the jobs in the sats are going to an employer base. Itcould work now that the sats have pretty much replaced OTA & CATV. But as a place top work.....them days are gone.
