Yep it's all poor management!!!!!! Projects like Hampton Roads and many others have lack of parts, piss poor design, lack of parts and management unable to plan a project. But it gets better! Project starts March and has to be, Dam it has to be done by the End of year. If it fails, it's no ones fault but the wrong someone gets fire!
Find that all over, COX, Comcast East cost and even mid west.
I gave it all up and still get calls to come back on the road to leave my family. I say "deal with your own dam problems and learn from your own mistakes.
