I can only speak of my experience with QCFS and Fred.  I was always working and always paid on time, everytime.  I haven't worked for him in a while but would go back if I were down that way.  His has the maintenance contract and the prices were what they were.  I contracted for him and was never an inhouse employee.  Just my two cents,  he was always fair with me for the 6 or 7 years I worked with him.
