Now that happy ending is some funny shit. A local massage parlor just got busted for that exact same thing. Too bad I didnt go a try to get me one before they got busted cause I sure woulda asked for one, yeah love me long time...lol
But back to the topic, yeah quality is in my books, all day long. Ive always hated getting to a pole and seeing straps over top of straps because the last guy who came through didnt want to cut and replace all the metal straps, just cover em up with new straps. Ive always been on production and cut all the straps on the jig. Yeah its a pain in the ass sometimes and yeah Ive seen 18 bugnuts on a pole but quality counts. Thank god Im on a maintenance contract now, local AND home every day instead a weekend father to my kids but the key to keeping my job is QUALITY. Make it look good and do it right ALL THE TIME! I personally replaced a crew the didnt do quality and they didnt last. It pays to do it right.
