My question would be Why do you need such a list....If you don't know what tools your going need, you need to stay out of the trade...go work for McDonald's because if you don't know the tools, your be broke before you get first hand knowledge of what each tool does for you.
Go find some other type of work as this is a specialty trade...a list of tools don't make a lineman/splicer, what you really need is field experience, not some type of list.
