We took pictures for an NESC grounding - bonding survey in Colorado of actives as well as install ground blocks on side of homes, and although we had a few wonder who was coming over their privacy wall - as almost all the homes had 4 foot priviacy walls, not one complaint about us taking pictures of their install grounding on homes. Since it was the only way to doucment the error to the house address, being a photo, we never thought of it as a problem prior to starting the job.
