I would make that CS Rep. spend a week in the field helping a install crew when it is 105 degrees in the shade, then if he didn't quit I would remind him that he sets on his sorry ass all day long in a 74 degree office to keep the customers happy and try to come up with a solution or else it's back to the field for you.
