Years ago I use to sell wreck out PS/Electronics to South America, old strand/cable to Japan,,,,but today, hell there building better fiber systems then what we have here in the USA. I think that market is dead unless it's really a third world hidden country. Even the motel/hotel market is done with all the old stuff. It's all high class big dollar network today. If alum/steel try local junk yard pricing.
I had a guy in WVA willing to give me a 28 mile system to include the HE, all I had to do was wreck it out. Was Not worth the efforts, he did a little at a time until wrecked out as pole rental was killing him.
Good luck with it...just be safe !!
