Ditto to all. Be sure you are doing an arc calibration regularly, weekly at a minimum. I try to do mine daily. Also, if you have cleave issues occasionally, it may be worth turning the blade in your cleaver as well. Be sure you are running the AC if working in a trailer to help lower humidity. Also, don't let the sweat drip on the electrodes. They don't like it very much.
