Are you referring to 700MHz and up or just issues at that frequency? Are you using the RL readings to find what you are looking for or just what the trace looks like? You might be looking for water which will be tough but the dbRL is what you want to pay attention to. Adjust the gain and look for RL in the 50's and anything less is structural return loss causing you problems.
