Sounds like the chief tecs are managing major construction jobs and that they have inhouse construction green beans, tec's or maintenance people running the field. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off while the contractors(WM ,DB,span pro ect) bend them over and make them grab there ankles. Boy it sure sounds like they will meet their goals for the north east doesn't it. Yeah by the year 2006 or 7. Just think of all the money wasted on overtime and re-work not to mention the bad promises made to their backers. Also paying inhouse people to fix some contractors mitakes for them. What a mess it must be with every location doing their own thing with no standards or experience. But how can they when more than 3/4 of them don't know what hell there doing and thats just not those in the field either. When it comes to a major rebuild or upgrade you sure don't need to be baby sitting both in house as well as contractors its just not possible to be in two places at once. But the hourly personal sure know how to rack up the overtime its just a job to 80% of them and they love to milk it. And full steam ahead means what 20 miles a month if that. Wow thats really putting out BOYS. It seems that most companies would rather maintain good relations by being a bunch of passive yes men. I beleve thats where the pharse cicle jerk came from isn't it.
