All reports kindda indicate that Comcast will come out the winner vs ATT and Direct merger.
1-If ATT/Direct merge..the Comcast and TWC merge will be made easier with FCC
2-If Direct/ATT buy out goes down...less competition in cable industry
3-ATT will slow down it's U Verse..more subs for cable MSO's
4-Comcast will enter the wireless trade
5-ATT says it will build out rural 15 million homes...wasn't this what the Obama Rural broadband was suppose to do..build out to rural area.
Comcast will be winner-Not ATT/Direct
