Cleveland , I heard that was a rough place. Pike Quillen a friend of mine worked there I recall he kept getting into fights so Spliceco flew him to Texas and the crowd from my home town ended up at Gilleys Saloon you can just imagine a bunch of rednecks at Gilleys. Those were the days . I recall driving a bucket to Texas from Ohio and seeing tumble weeds blowing across the prarie . I went back to Ohio. I had a friend from my home town Ricky Spickett he left Ohio and died in Texas in 1984 he was a top hook and should always be remembered as such RIP my brother. You are right John the business just ain't the same anymore.
